Previously, Republican Sen. Mark Obenshain withdrew his bill to sell off the <a href="http://hamptonroads.com/2010/02/bill-privatizing-virginias-abc-stores-put-hold#comment-848000" rel="nofollow">ABC</a> stores pending further study. Gov. McDonnell's detailed plan to fund transportation and other vital state government services is every bit as delusional as we said it was during the campaign. The Virginia Senate has defeated the bill to earmark “fantasy” offshore drilling revenues.

Previously, Republican Sen. Mark Obenshain withdrew his bill to sell off the ABC stores pending further study.

Gov. McDonnell’s detailed plan to fund transportation and other vital state government services is every bit as delusional as we said it was during the campaign.
