So does that mean when Del. Ebbin presents this bill next year along with evidence of the discrimination occurring that Repulsicans will support it?

Let’s pose that question to our Delegates, record their answers and present that them next year when they again consider this bill.

Why should those with capital to invest, risk their money here in the United States where our government seems devoted to finding ever-increasing ways for employees to sue their employers, when they can move their capital off-shore to places like Communist China, where the people are treated like slaves to the state, then ship the cheaply made goods back here without any penalty, then sell the products of their slave-labor to us at WalMart?

We should repeal the whole body of so-called workplace law and start from scratch, limiting the interference of government in the employer-employee relationship. If we remove the yoke of unnecessary regulation, we will free businesses to produce and we will soon return to prosperity.

The current practice of free markets coupled with increasing regulation of domestic business is driving our manufacturing base offshore. We can’t keep doing this to ourselves and expect a positive outcome.
