		<description>Don&#039;t blame Scott. He is not alone in this issue.  The entire Republican structure in Virginia is happy to take the Fed money while they complain about federal spending.  Use Virginia Beach republicans as an example: They are getting tens of millions for roads but complain everyday about Congress and the President in Washington and the spending.

Think of the bailout funds.  How many Republican businessmen got billions in bailouts like those at AIG or whatever.  The list goes on and on...  Scott looks bad for taking the money but so do they all...</description>

		<description>One of the more interesting stats I saw during the whole Cash for Clunkers business was that 85% of all campaign contributions from car dealers go to Republicans. It came up in the context of some GOPer complaining that the program was a payoff for Democratic car dealers. It was hard not to laugh.</description>
