Andrew Jackson announces his candidacy for Virginia Beach City Council (at large) on Sunday, July 18, 2010 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Grand Affairs, 2036 Pleasure House Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23455.

Andrew writes on his website: “This is no ordinary time, and this is no ordinary election. This is a movement to bring city government back to the people.
